Full Time Registered Nurse - Mid South Home Health | Gentiva | Prattville, AL

As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Admit patients to the services, completing appropriate clinical
documentation under the Clinical Manager's direction. Assess individual
status and care/instruction needed by the patient.
- Administer on-going care and case management for each patient,
providing necessary follow-up as directed by the Clinical Manager.
- Confer with physician and develop the initial plan of treatment based
on physician's orders and initial patient assessment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications
- Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
- Six months experience in area of specialty/desired practice
- Current unrestricted licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the
state(s) to which assigned and current CPR certification
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to function with minimal supervision
